When will I receive my order?
Short answer: not more than 20 days after placing your order.
Why so long?
We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. However to help keep the cost of running the store down we keep no stock on hand, producing items as they are ordered. As such, please allow up to two weeks for your order to ship. Most orders arrive within two days of being shipped within the Metro Detroit area, but may take up to five days to arrive out of state. We will notify you in the case of a stock shortage or other issue.
Do you offer store pickup?
We no longer offer store pickup as an option due to the number of orders which were never picked up from other web stores we run. All orders ship through USPS for a flat rate of $7.
What is your return policy?
Because each item is produced on-demand, we are unable to process returns. If you receive a defective item, contact us and you will receive a replacement at no cost to you.
